Guys if you want the offical press release go to lambgoat. I felt you guys needed a special touch as our friends.
Im not going to lie to you...being in a band is fucking hard. We have always compared it to a 5 way polyamorous gay marriage; and if you think you have it hard with your significant other, try having 4 who all are as different as the village people (except we are all actually gay).
Anyways, what im getting at is that there is no easy way to explain this stuff other than its no different than being in a relationship. Somtimes things build up, and sometimes you grow apart. Like some people have said on the comments...we are not breaking up and are still going to shred your faces off live with our new guitar player who will silence all critics VERY soon :) You guys know we don't write the same record twice, and we weren't going to with Chris or with anyone. We will cum in your ear pussies soon enough to show you what we mean.
You guys are our life's blood. Without the live show, without you guys supporting us we are nothing, and we owe our existence to you all; I promise we will not disappoint you guys in any way shape or form. If I had any doubt I would not be here. I hate to break it to y'all, but there is no real money in this. We all gave up school, loved ones etc to go make music we love on the road for ourselves and anyone else who wanted to come along for the ride. We love all you guys for supporting us in doing what we love and we will give you back nothing but 666% :)
thanks, and we will see you on the roooooaaaaad!
Fans have been writing in constantly asking for more footage of us on the road, here are a few videos from the last three tours to help tide you over friends!
Wow, we can't believe it. Nuclear Blast sent us an e-mail yesterday telling us that Kirk Hammett mentioned our band in an interview for Ultimate Guitar, it really blew us away that some one we admire so much, actually gave our CD a listen, and seemed to enjoy it! Check out the link below for the full read...
an excerpt from the interview located: HERE
Interviewer: Oh! You mean All Shall Perish?
Kirk: All Shall Perish…yes! They blew me away dude! They have so much technique going on and it’s so well done. These groups have so much ability these days. It’s exciting to hear.

Drummer Matt Kuykendall previously stated about the new album: "We have never been a band to write the same record twice and we have never enjoyed records that are one single and 11 worse versions of the same song. This record is the most diverse thing we have done to date. Every song is different and brings something new to the overall experience of the CD. When you look back to all the classic records of our time, they are full of all kinds of different songs. 'Vulgar Display of Power' just wouldn't be the same without 'This Love' and 'Hollow'. Our record is a breath of fresh air in a scene that is turning stale."
Upon completing the video shoot, ALL SHALL PERISH will immediately start a tour with JOB FOR A COWBOY, HATE ETERNAL, ANIMOSITY and ANNOTATIONS OF AN AUTOPSY.
Finland's HardcoreSounds.Net has posted video footage of ALL SHALL PERISH's September 11, 2008 performance at Nosturi in Helsinki. Watch the clip below.
